Pioneer P4400bh

Hello, how do I factory reset my Pioneer AVR. I want to do that because when I insert a movie DVD /pendrive (8gb), I get only audio but no video. I'm getting message like below."Attention : Viewing of front seat video source while driving is strictly prohibited." If I go back, it is only blank blue screen, only audio but no video. Please help me. I want to factory reset my Pioneer AVR 4400bh.
