How To Change Regional Band For India (91. Mhz To 106.4 Mhz In 100 Khz Steps)

Hi,    Am having a Double Din Pioneer 3100 Which I bought It from USA but I could 't Change regional band For India ...for the following freq  91. mhz to 106.4 Mhz  in 100 khz steps...plz give me solution for this issue ..thank you
