Anti-theft Code

never setup an anti theft code, the installers claimed they didn't either. All of a sudden after my battery needed a jump, it's asking for one. Any other option besides sending it to pioneer? Or maybe an authorized tech near Greensboro,NC

There is NO Password reset without" the current Password. There isn't a Customer "work-around. IF you do not have the current Password, then Pioneer is the only way to reset the PW.
You can contact Pioneer Call 1-800-421-1404 Monday - Friday

Between 7:30 - 11:30 AM and 12:30 - 4:00 PM PST for them to do it. There will be a charge for the service.
