Damaged Dresser Delivered Twice
We buy alot of furniture from Pier 1 but this time we are very upset because we bought a bedroom suite and the dresser was damaged when they delivered it. After 2.5 weeks they delivered a replacement and it was also damaged. I called the store right away and they said my options were keep the first damaged one, wait 2 more weeks for a new one or return everything. Now why would they want to lise a good customer by not wanting to help them out. They have one in their store but not once did they offer that one to us.
