Microphone

the microphone is not heard, it made a faint sound after starting for 3 seconds after which no sound was heard, the speaker works connected to the phone, I just bought this product, is it possible that I bought it defective or do I have to do something else?

How do you reset a Philips speaker?speaker is switched on, hold both the - and + keys at the same time for 7 seconds until the speaker is off. Then wait for the speaker to reset and switch on again automatically.

reset and try ,if not it has to repaired.. issue could be broken wire/ parts damage
