Charge Malfunction
i have a philips gogear vibe 8gb mp4 and while connected to the pc, the screen froze up and the mp4 is not charging nor will it reset. i'd hate to disgard it so please assist me on solving this problem?

You should have received a small disc with your GoGear Player. This disc contains a software program called GoGear Device Manager which has a "Repair" program buit in the software. Hook your player up to your PC and open the GoGear Device Manager and click on the "Repair Tab." The program should recognise the player and go into the repair mode. If you have trouble with the program not recognising the player when connected, try holding the "Slide On/Off switch"on the side of the player to the "ON" position and the "Down/Forward" button on the front panel at the same time while connecting the player to the PC. Your play list may be erased but you can reload the contents when the player is repaired.
