Unit Froze After Update. Led Displays 'philips'. Will Not Respond To Any Buttons

UNIT MUST BE UNPLUGGED TO TURN OFF. VIDEO DISPLAYS FROZEN ABSTRACTION OF COLORED PIXELS.  WORKED PERFECTLY  BEFORE UPDATE (FROM PHILIPS WEBSITE).
