Dvdr3390 Dvd Tray Stucked And Blocked Message Appearing
My Dvdr3390 door doesn't want to open and a message is appearing "blocked". Can anybodyhelp me to fix this problem?

Hello, unfortunately the user manual is no help on that front, assuming you've already tried to eject the disc using both the button on the tray and the button on the remote. You'll have to contact Philips customer support at 888-PHILIPS for additional help.
