Motor Drive Belt Fallen Off
Machine stopped winding thread on bobbin and would not sew. Screen reverted to bobbin filling. Took the back and top off and motor drive belt not on toothed gear. Something was rattling in the bottom of the machine which turned out to be a tensioner comprising roller, arm, and mounting shaft which is 4mm dia x 7.5mm long with a circlip on it.I can see a bracket on the frame which might be the mounting point but cannot see clearly without taking the front cover off which has all the electronics on it. I am reluctant to disturb the front coverI presume i am still looking for tensioner parts as there is nothing to keep the shaft in place or keep the roller pushing on the belt.Any chance you can tell me what i am missing-it is probably on the floor somewhere- and give me a sketch or picture to help me
