Pfaff Hobby Lock 799 5 Thread Overlooking Machine

We have a problem with metal feeder stated as 6 and7 which is on side of plastic face frame. Is keeps coming out of place. Therthis a small hole in metal that slots behind plastic which I think should hol it in place. Can you advise how this is to be done. Cannot use machine at present as keeps dropping out
