The Pulley Wheel Has Tightened Up.

On my Pfaff 776 the pulley wheel has tightened up and it won't budge. How or what can I do to fix this problem?

Hi. A hard and slight hand twist of the wheel in the reverse direction is a common fix that forces the thread debris that normally jams this wheel out.
