Thread Jam
I have a message remove thread jam below plate I have removed and cleaned everything per the manual several times now there is n lint no thread no jam of any sort. I have changed the needle and tried different thread and bobbin I use Aurifil thread as always. It will not go away or allow me to sew. Just when I really need to finish the brier on a quilt in order to get it the the quilter. I would greatly appreciate any help, thank you.

I always check the simple things first in the event of a mystery snangle. So, check if the threading is correct. Is the needle all the way in? Is there lint built up in the bobbin area?
In your particular case, If I had to guess, I would guess that either your upper thread tension is too loose, (like the thread came out from between the tension discs) or the bobbin tension is too tight, maybe something is goofy with the way you put the bobbin in, or wound it.
You probably have it figured out by now anyways! Good luck.
