I Have Owned A New Pfaff 4.2 For 3 Weeks After One Week The Bobbin Jammed A

. Pfaff 4.2 3 weeks old After 1 week the bobbin jammed and fabric was stuck. had to be cut out Back to dealer. Wrong thread he said Same thing happened again after one day despite Guterman thread and change of needle. Have re threaded many times. both bobbin and needle . Closely following instructions. Also, a piece--- which seems to be part of the thread cutter has fallen ouit of machine
