On My Pfaff Creative Sensation The Upper Thread Gets Stuck Diagonal Around The

On my Pfaff creative sensation the upper thread gets stuck diagonal around the bobbin case, it seem there is not enough clearance for the thread to pass between bobbin and removable plastic cover
