Creative Vision Stopping
I have a creative vision and it keeps stopping rebooting itself, turns on and I try to sew and it does it again. I can't get any sewing or embroidery done.

Thread sensor If the upper thread breaks or bobbin thread runs out, the machine stops and a pop-up appears on the screen. If upper thread breaks: Re-thread the machine and touch OK on the pop-up. If bob bin thread runs out: replace with a wound bobbin and continue sewing.
Check needle thread The machine stops automatically if the needle thread runs out or breaks. Re-thread the needle thread, close the pop-up and start sewing again.
