Pfaff Creative Performance Not Recognizing Creative Grand Dream Hoop.
HelloI have a PFAFF Creative Performance embroidery machine. I use TruEmbroidery software to create and manipulate embroidery designs. And, I recently purchased a Creative Grand Dream Hoop.I can't seem to get my PFAFF machine to sew any designs using the grand dream hoop.Every time I have a design loaded into the PFAFF machine and have the dream hoop attached, my PFAFF tells me to" remove the hoop, clear embroidery arm for calibration and recalibrate embroidery unit". It tells me this, over and over.I have used both TruEmbroidery Studio and Modify specifying a 360x350 size hoop for Brand: Pfaff and Machine Group: Pfaff creative performance. And, when I export the design from TruEmbroidery, I specify optimize for sewing options of Combine; Remove Overlap; ColorSort and Optimize Stitch Length. For "splitting for multi-part hoops" options, I specify "intelligent with tolerance" split method and I select Stitches: alignment stitches for turnable hoop.What am I doing wrong? Can you please help me?
