Need Help With Thread Tension Pls.

I have a Pfaff Creative 7510 (which I normally love). I am having trouble with thread tension. I am getting circles / bulk threads on the underside of my stitching. I have rethread my machine several times as per my purchasing store and changed the bobbin thread tension a couple of times and it still stitches ok for the first little bit and then gathers underneath. is anyone else having the same trouble or have had this trouble? Please help if you can thank you in advance. Nancy
