Pfaff Coverstitch 4772 Hand Wheel Won't Turn. Not Turned On Or Plugged In Yet.

Just purchased 2nd hand. I know nothing about it.

Needle Is Stuck In The Down Position. Fly Wheel Will Not Turn.
