How Do I Realign/reset A Hobbylock 4870's Hand Wheel's Slider Marker?

Near the bottom of page #16 in the 4870's user manual there's a NOTE:"If the slider on the threader (41) cannot be moved, the marking on the hand wheel is not correctly set." That's true...but what are the instructions for correctly resetting and adjusting a misaligned marker?Bette
