Bobbin Case Place Is Turning Around

Hi there, My english is not good enough to wrete right question, but I hope you will understand. I bought used pfaff 362 sewing machine, so I tryed it for few siches and worked at that place. Today I liked to saw something, but machine does not work. The place wher bobbin case goes is turning around complitely with bobbin case. Needle hiting in metal. I think that central parth together with bobbin case supose to be only in one position. Could you please to advise me. Thanks Dinka
