How Can I Get Short Term Disability Coverage? Eemployed Full Time W\pep Boys.

I donot have medical coverage with Pep Boys. Due to a medical condition, I may have to be out of work for 6 weeks. Will I still be able to receive a partial salary from Pep Boys while I am out of work. Do you provide.STD for your employees. If not, how can get it so I can protect my family.

ask your hr department http://employeebenefits.about.com/od/ancillaryinsurance/a/STDBascis.htm Some companies offer it because if you are disabled on the job they have to offer you workmens comp for the time you are out.
