Does Pep Boys Check A Car's Module For An Ignition Problem For Free?

My '92 buick roadmaster sometimes fails to start after a long time running it as if it gets too hot or something, but then after an hour or so starts right back up.  Also awhile back, the locks started locking and unlocking by themselves while the car was going.
