How Do I Return Merchandise That I Don't Like?

That's up to the seller, not PayPal. Under some circumstances PayPal's Purchase Protection can kick in if the merchant is not cooperative.To invoke that, phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-935-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" in response to every prompt.
