PayPal is not a checking account and does not ever use funds from your checking account to pay for purchases; if you have PayPal purchases set up against a credit card, then you ARE paying with a credit card. If you did not subscribe to iMesh, you can dispute the charge by starting a case in your PayPal account, or you can call them at 402-935-2050.
