New To Me.

I am purchasing a quanity of items, and the vender (from China) said to pay it through an email address he gave......what do I do?

Have you checked out this vendor? Do you trust him? Has he given you references, and have you investigated those? If you are comfortable doing business with this person, sending money to his email address is the way to transact with PayPal. If you pay with a credit card and something goes wrong, you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. Do NOT send an e-check if you have doubts about the validity of the transaction.
