How Can I Reset A Panasonic Tc32lx70?

received a used Panasonic and want to connect in a different city....I think it has to be resety

try this; press and hold the [volume down] button on the TV, the when the volume bar hits zero then also press and hold the [menu] button on the remote. after a couple seconds a 'self-check' menu will be shown. release the buttons and unplug the TV AC cord for ten seconds.
