No Audio On Ch 4 & 7.
We lost the sound on Ch 7 & 4 a month ago and it came back. Now we lost it again. We have a cable TV box and I switched the input from Ch3 to Ch4 and it still doesn't work.

this is probably because the audio is in the SAP mode instead of the "stereo" mode. Many times there is a [SAP] button right below the [recall] on the remote that will allow you to cycle through the options. I cannot be sure that the problem is in the TV, it could be in the cable box setup if you find the TV is indeed in the "stereo" mode. you can eliminate the cable box by putting the cable directly from the wall to the TV. If the channel 4 works then it's the box setup.
