Can I Update The Firmware On This Tv?

I'm unable to watch premium channels through my satellite provider through an HDMI connection, nor am I able to use my PS4 on this TV. I believe I need a firm ware update. Can anyone help me?

Please dont update the firmware yourself. It can harm the board if anything goes wrong. COntact the manufacturer and let them do it for you.
