Door Latch

Hello,The catch on the door is loose (the spring to keep it down when we close the door seems broken?Can we see the details of the catch assembly and the parts number of it.Waiting for your info.Regards!Gaston Hebert

The door latch is either cracked or broken.The door when gets closed the door latches clicks.But if the door latch is loose or cracked it will not click and door will not close.The door needs to be disassembled and the door latch has to be replaced, if the latch is cracked.Also to check the latch from inside the door needs to be removed.
