I Have Lost My Voice Mail
My phone will not allow my calls to my phone to go to voicemail. I try to pick up voice mails as my phone says aiI have a new voice mail.
When I try to pick up my voice mail by dialing *86, there is a faint attempt to send me to the next step but it does not connect
