My New Phone Is Dropping Calls
I have a model KX TG7624 by Panasonic...in researching on the internet I see this is a problem with Panasonic cordless phones...DECT 6.0 and customer service says it could be the phone jack or an electronic device sitting too close to the base. Well, the only device is a clock and the jack was just fine with a Uniden phone until I unplugged it and plugged the Panasonic in. Anyone figure this one out? Guess a return to the manufacturer may be in order...only had it for a couple of months.
