I Purchased A Replacement Tg4021/4024. It Came With 1 Phone, As I Have 3 Working

I purchased a replacement TG4021/4024. It came with 1 phone, as I have 3 working remote phones. The phone that came with the base unit works ok. The other 3 original phones do not work with the new base. Error message when presssing talk: No link to base. Reconnect ain't base to AC adapter. That doesn't work
