My Kx-t7731 Has Led Screen, But I Cant Get Caller Id To Work.
I've signed up for caller id with phone company and it's still not working on the phone.

Pick 2 buttons on the left side keystrip and label them CID-Indication and CID-Selection Then press PROGRAM press the button and dial 96 STORE for the first and 97 STORE for the second. When a call comes in, the Selection button will toggle between the name and the number and if yuu're looking at missed calls, the date and time of the call. When you miss a call, the Indication button will light and you press it to view the Names of missed calls.

you can try the following steps:
- Check if the Caller ID feature is activated on your phone: Go to the programming mode by pressing "Program" and "Intercom" buttons simultaneously. Navigate to Feature 17 and make sure that "Caller ID" is set to "On".
- Confirm with your phone company that your account is properly set up for Caller ID service.
- Check the wiring and make sure the connection between the phone and the wall jack is secure.
- If all the above steps have been completed and the Caller ID still does not work, try resetting the phone to its default settings by pressing "Program" and "8" buttons simultaneously.

How to Turn on Caller ID on Panasonic Cordless Phones
Select the MENU button
Enter the Panasonic program code for the caller ID function. Use the program code #162 or #*162 to turn on the caller ID function on the handset or base station, respectively.
Turn on the caller ID function by selecting the 'ON' option displayed on the screen.
Save the changes and exit the program by pressing the Off button.

My Handsets Have Quit Ringing And Showing Caller Id. Work Fine Otherwise.
Checked to see that volume was on high and that it was not muted.
