Why When I Transfer A Call To Another Phone, Will It Not Hang Up On My Phone?
The line used to hang up after secretary put call on hold and I hit the blinking line. She would hang up and after I hang up, all was done. Now after I hang up, if she doesn't hit pickup the receiver and hit the line button, she is still dialed in and I can't make another call until she does so. Hopefully that made sense. Thanks for your help.
