Loud Noices When Printing
My KX-MC6040 has started make loud noises whenever I print something? Can not find anything stuck in the printer or on the paper. Paper is same as I have been using.

Loud noises can be caused by many different things. You will need to troubleshoot the noises to try to identify what is causing them. See if you can narrow down the area on the printer they are coming from, and also check when the noises occur -- as the paper is being fed, as the paper is being exited, when the printer warms up, etc. Also try to identify the noises -- are they grinding noises? Clicking noises? High-pitched noises? All of these factors can help to determine what the problem is.
These noises can be from a variety of sources. It could be caused by feed or transport rollers, bushings or bearings, a worn spring, bad fuser parts, or many other things. Trying to narrow the noises down as much as you can will help to troubleshoot the problem.
