The Smaller Letters And Numbers Are Blurry.
How do you fine tune this TV to get it clearer?

Hi! Your problem is likely caused by the TV signal you are receiving and not by the TV itself. I suggest reprogramming the frequency of the TV using the menu in the TV. Most cable providers also offer this service at little to no cost. You can try calling them to ask.
If ever you want to do it yourself, here is the manual with symbols to guide you. You can find what you need in pages 7 and 8.
