Tv Locks Up On 'channel' 33. Cannot Unlock For Normal Use.
TV frequently locks up on "channel" 33. Cannot get to channel 3. Cannot unlock then but will eventually return OK. Does not appear to be child-lock oriented and/or from pressing the wrong remote key, but this could be wrong. Have tried both to fix. Also just might be set-top box effect.
