Panamax Miw-power-pro-pfp 50volt Ground Leakage

Hi, im installing a Panamax MIW-POWER-PRO-PFP and have connected the neutral wire(white) and the hot wire (black) leaving the ground(green) floating. I just wanted toverify 120volts throught receptacle and found a 50volts on ground to neutral. Is this common with these models or do i have a malfunctioning model?
