So basically if all else checks out, there is most likely internal damage to the panamax. While that sounds like bad news, it really means that the panamax has done it's job, sustaining and absorbing damage from a surge, and in turn protecting your connected equipment.
Either that, or the panamax has developed an internal defect, electrical short, etc. Either of these are something that would require repairs to correct. Luckily, panamax does have a 3 year warranty on this unit, so if it's within that time, and was purchased from an authorized dealer, you'd be covered for repairs/replacement.
