Bank 2 Led Is Off

I have a subwoofer to my home theater set-up that stopped working. It has been plugged into a swithced outlet in Bank 2 of my 4300 ex for the past 15 years. Is Bank 2 dead or can it be reset somehow? Am I going to have to replace my 4300 EX now?
