I Cannot Get Signed In Or Create A Profile Therefore I Cannot Use My Phone!
I purchased a Palm Pixi for Verizon Prepaid and I have bought a service plan. I cannot surpass, create, or sign into a palm profile therefore I cannot use my phone. Naturally the website that I was directed to is down and the phone number I was given is a questionnaire for a "free" cruise that I just so happened to win. I need to create a profile now and start using my phone.

You'll have to return the phone because it's no longer usable. Service for WebOS devices was discontinued on the 12th of this month so it's no longer possible to create a Palm Profile.
