There Is A Spot On The Image

I have an optoma ep727. I recently replaced the bulb. But now there is a dark spot on the projector image. Is this a problem with the lens? I have cleaned the outer portion of the lens. Could it be a dust problem? I have used compressed air to blow out the machine. Can it be taken apart to check the optics for a smudge>
