- Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the wall outlet.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait five seconds or more, and then plug it in again.
If the above doesn't fix, reset the unit:
To reset the AV receiver to its factory defaults, turn it on and, while holding down the [VCR/DVR] button, press the [ON/STANDBY] button. "Clear" will appear on the display and the AV receiver will enter Standby mode.i

Factory Reset Instructions
While the unit is on hold down VCR/DVR and then press Standby.
The unit will say clear and then shut down.
First:
Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait five seconds or more, and then plug it in again.
