Tx-sr701 Setting Dont Hold After Power Outage

I tthought it use to keep its settings when power went out, but now it doesnt seem to hold. Is there a battery or device that stores settings that might be bad. A real pain to have to reset all the inputs and levels when the power blinks I looked in the service manual,but did not see anything initially that showed a battery or memory device. but it might not be quite called out like that.
