Olympus Sp-810uz
My new camera has become stuck after using for an hour or so in the on position with a zoom lense. Has battery, but doesnt repond to anything...
Is still under gaurantee...

This seems to be a program error which cannot be repaired in any way. Since the product is under guarantee/warranty period, I suggest that you claim that guarantee as soon as possible. You should provide the following documents.
- Original Receipt
- Original Item with Complete Packaging
- Valid ID
