Olympus Vh-210

my camera is not charging at all and the screen turned black though when i take picture i can see it in the SD card. What can i do to repair it?

It is not possible to repair your Olympus Vh-210 with yourself because this issue seems to be a hardware related proble. It needs to be brought to a service/repair center for proper diagnosis.
