Oki Mc 560 Mfp Scanner Top Lcd Screen Not Working

Is there a reset button or something to either test the top LCD Menu screen on the scanner portion or a total reset button to get the LCD screen to light up and work. Right now the LCD screen on scanner part is blank and Red LED light is "ON" on Alarm warning. Can we reset this or a bypass or an easy fix. Let me know.
