Reset Administrator Password

Just purchased a used OKI ES3640E, and have not been able to change the settings on the MPF due to a lack of administrator password. Have changed it in Webtools, but cannot do so on the machine itself. Others have suggested the Root/Mac address,but our machine does not ask for a username, only an administrator password. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
