Service Call - 990:error On C321dn

Hi, I get that error "Service Call - 990:Error" on the printer display of my C321dn. Printing does not work at all. I already cleaned all cartridges and took them all out and re-inserted them. Same with the fuser (uppermost item). I can't find any information on what to do for my printer model. Any advice is appreciated!

Hello. I am an Oki Data helpdesk technician from Oki Data America's.

990 Error is a waste toner sensor error. Are you using oki genuine toner or third party?

Power off printer open the printer cover. Please unlock the black toner and lift carefully off the drum . Reseat and lock the black toner onto the drum. Close the cover and power on the printer. If the error comes back , Please contact Okidata customer support at 1-800-654-3282 for more interactive troubleshooting.
