Error 03 is a cpu hardware exception error. Disconnect the communication cable from the back of the printer and reboot the printer. If the error remains, there is a hardware issue with the printer which unfortunately will require service. You can find local dealers in your area at the following link: http://esales.okidata.com/Oki_Dealer_Locator.process
